04.10.1943: Bombed by allied aircraft from USS RANGER and set on fire, north of Sandnessjøen (Operation Leader/ US Navy Carrier operations)
The captain and 2 crewmembers were killed. She sustaied heavy damage and subsequently beached near Horn, south of
Sandnessjøen. The wreck was sold to Stavanger Skibsophugging A/S, refloated and towed to Stavanger. The vessel was found beyond
economical repair and declared CTL. Sold for scrap
27.11.1948: Left Stavanger in tow. Broke adrift in heavy weather and went aground on Jæren. became total loss
